Dedicated Driver Overview
Pay that performs. Average $90,000-$100,000 per year with 70CPM base pay plus a 10CPM safety and on-time bonus.*
Paid for every stop and unload. Earn $20 stop pay plus a $100 unload bonus on every load.*
Home time you can plan around. Get home weekly on a dedicated account built around consistent lanes.
Get paid to get started. Earn a $5,000 sign-on bonus paid at $1,000 per week over your first five weeks for drivers who meet on-time, attendance, and safety standards, plus $500 when you complete orientation.*
Consistent dedicated lanes. Run dry van freight on a dedicated account between Tennessee and West Virginia, averaging 1,580-1,600 miles per week on 10-12 hour shifts.

Driver Requirements
Valid Class A CDL
At least 22 years of age
6 months of recent OTR experience
No substance abuse programs within the last 10 years
