Aretum seeks an experienced Director of Business Development to drive strategic growth across the Defense market, building a qualified pipeline and advancing opportunities from identification through pursuit.
The role requires a deep federal marketplace understanding, the ability to open doors, and collaboration across Capture, Proposal, Solutions, Pricing, and Operations to win. Hybrid DOE region travel is ~25% with TS clearance and PMP preferred.
