Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP is seeking lateral partner candidates for its Corporate Group. The position is flexible across primary US office locations and requires active Bar admission where you reside.
The ideal candidate has 15–25 years of meaningful corporate/transactional experience with a portable book of clients in the Defense Sector, and a sharp focus on M&A and related corporate matters, with strong strategic advisory skills.
