Job description
Kraken Kinetics Llc is seeking a Legal Counsel, Subcontracts and Supply Chain to draft, review, and negotiate government and supplier agreements. You will ensure proper flow-downs, risk allocation, and alignment with contracts across the program lifecycle.
The role partners with Supply Chain, Program Management, Engineering, Finance, and Business Development to keep deals moving and compliant in a fast-paced growth environment in North Carolina.
