Credence has an immediate need for a Defense Travel System Support Specialist in support of Army INSCOM HQ at Fort Belvoir, VA. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below: Review Defense Travel System (DTS) transactions and provide desk-side, help desk, email, and phone customer support for DTS technical assistance and immediate travel-related support needs. Process newly assigned and departing personnel in DTS and provide related administrative support. Ensure approving officials and reviewers are appointed in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements. Prepare documentation to recommend appropriate funding alignment to Lines of Accounting in DTS. Review and process incoming DTS authorizations and vouchers and submit them to Government personnel for validation. Support the Lead Defense Travel Administrator (LDTA) in maintaining DTS administration, accounting of travel expenditures, and travel voucher review processes. Process newly assigned and departing personnel in the Government Travel Card (GTC) program, process GTC credit applications, and create or modify user profiles within CitiDirect. Assist with GTC
