The ideal candidate is a self?starter with strong listening, communication, and analytical skills.Responsibilities:Provide support related to Government Travel Charge Card (GTCC) processes, including check?in/check?out, credit limit adjustments, card activation for travel, and account reconciliationsReview Approving Officer (AO) Designation Forms (DD Form 577)Review Travel Training Certificates, Travel Authorizations/Vouchers, and resolve related issuesRespond to travel inquiries and ensure accurate DTS routing, approval, and voucher payment processingMaintain compliance with DTS regulations and requirementsAnalyze information and issues to provide effective resolutionsSelf?teach new IT systems or software using procedures and help desk resourcesRequired Qualifications:2 years of DTS help desk experienceAssociate degreeAbility to qualify for a U.S. Government security clearanceIntermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Excellent customer service skillsDoD Secret ClearancePreferred Qualifications:Finance, Business, or Accounting courseworkPrior Navy financial experience, CDFM, or CGFMExperience with DoD acquisition programs, organizations, processes, and proceduresSchedule: Onsite, rotating day off (RDO) schedule, 9 hours Monday–Thursday, 8 hours Friday, with every other Friday offSalary: $65,000 + to align with education and experienceApplicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.Ignite Digital is a Small Business committed to providing exceptional service to government agencies at competitive prices.
