Job description
Dash In is seeking a Bench Store Manager for the Delaware region to support and learn our market while preparing to lead a store of your own. This role is ideal for experienced restaurant managers, kitchen managers, or multi-unit leaders who want broader operational exposure, real P&L responsibility, and a clear path to becoming a Store General Manager.
You’ll train alongside seasoned leaders, run stores when needed, and build the skills required to manage a Dash In location independently
