Job description
Festival Foods in Wisconsin is hiring a Deli Department Manager to lead a fast-paced deli team and drive guest satisfaction. You will coach associates, manage schedules, and uphold safety and quality standards in a high-volume department.
The role requires strong leadership, communication, and merchandising skills, plus knowledge of perishable operations and technology use. A Wisconsin Food Manager license is preferred or obtainable through the company.
