Job description
Pilot Flying J is seeking an experienced Deli General Manager to oversee our high-volume travel center and restaurant operations. You will develop and execute business plans to achieve sales, profit, and customer satisfaction targets while leading and developing a team.
Qualifications include 2-3 years of restaurant/deli management, prior high-volume retail with P&L accountability, and the ability to work nights, days, weekends and holidays.
