Job description
Pilot Company is hiring Deli Shift Leaders in Birmingham, AL to supervise team members in the hot deli area and to assist the Deli Manager in keeping the area clean, stocked, and compliant with food safety standards.
The ideal candidate will have a background in food service, excellent guest service skills, and the ability to work nights, days, weekends, and holidays on a flexible schedule.
