Schedule: 10-hour shifts | 3–4 days per week

G7 Legacy LLC is looking for dependable, motivated, and customer-focused Delivery Driver Associates to join our team in La Marque, Texas.
As a Delivery Driver Associate, you will play an important role in helping us deliver packages safely, efficiently, and professionally to residential and commercial customers throughout the delivery area.

Position & Schedule
Full-time and part-time positions available
3–4 day scheduled work week
10-hour shifts
Must be available to work at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday)

As a Delivery Driver Associate, you will:
Safely operate a delivery vehicle while following all traffic laws and company safety procedures.
Load, unload, and organize packages for delivery.
Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules efficiently.
Use a handheld device for routing and customer delivery information.
Navigate a variety of residential and commercial delivery routes.
Deliver packages in a professional, courteous, and customer-focused manner.
Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle.
Complete vehicle inspections before and after each route.
Report vehicle, route, customer, or delivery issues to management promptly.
Work safely and effectively in varying weather conditions, including hot, cold, rainy, and nighttime conditions.
Get in and out of the delivery vehicle frequently and walk up and down stairs throughout the workday.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service.
Be CUSTOMER OBSESSED! We strive to deliver both packages and smiles to our customers.
Follow all company safety policies, delivery procedures, and operational expectations.
What We're Looking For:
Successful candidates must:
Be at least 21 years of age
Have a valid driver's license
Be legally eligible to work in the United States
Have a clean driving record
Successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening
Successfully complete a required background check
Be comfortable operating a GPS/navigation system
Be dependable and punctual
Be able to work independently and as part of a team
Be comfortable driving and working in varying weather and nighttime conditions
Prior delivery experience is helpful, but not required. Paid training is provided.
Physical Requirements
This is an active, physically demanding position. Delivery Driver Associates must be able to:
Lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds
Load and unload packages from delivery vehicles
Frequently enter and exit a delivery van throughout the shift
Walk, stand, bend, reach, and climb stairs throughout the workday
Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Safely perform the physical duties associated with package delivery
