Food Service Worker/Delivery driver

The Delivery driver/Prep Helper is a crucial role responsible for delivering food and supplies to various local locations while ensuring proper temperature maintenance. Additionally, the Delivery Agent will assist in receiving and organizing vendor deliveries. Prep Helpers are cross-trained to work in various roles, including Food Prep, Server, and Porter, based on business needs.

Delivery Agent Duties:

· Safely transport food and supplies to designated locations while maintaining proper food temperatures.

· Receive and organize vendor deliveries efficiently.

· Load and unload delivery truck with care and attention to product integrity.

Good work experience in food service or related fields.

Treat all customers, both internal and external, with courtesy, respect, and exemplary service.

· Communicate professionally and refrain from inappropriate language or comments.

· Demonstrate reliability by being punctual and attending scheduled shifts.

· Be open to continuous learning, cross-training opportunities, and professional growth.

· Be flexible and willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed.

A passion for the food business and excellent interpersonal skills are essential.
