Delivery Driver — West Allis, WI$600 sign-on bonus. Tips paid out every shift. Mileage reimbursement on every delivery.Base pay $11.50–$13.50/hour, plus tips and mileage reimbursement. Our drivers averaged $22.11/hour including tips over the past six months.Flexible scheduling. Start within 5 days of applying. No hoops.What you'll actually doYou'll deliver Jimmy John's sandwiches in a defined local delivery area — short routes, familiar territory, no long hauls. Between deliveries, you'll work in-shop and get paid for that time too.Learn your routes and get orders out fast and safelyDouble-check every order before it leavesTake phone orders and handle payments accuratelyReconcile your cash, tips, and mileage with your manager at shift endPitch in on in-shop tasks between runsPay and benefits$11.50–$13.50/hour baseTips — yours, every shiftDriver Maintenance Reimbursement: $0.37-$0.47 per mile to offset wear on your vehicle$600 sign-on bonusFree meals on shiftFull-time (30+ hrs/week): medical, dental, vision, retirement plan with employer matchPart-time roles under 30 hours/week are not benefits-eligible.What you need18 or olderValid driver's license and your own reliable, insured vehicleDriving record with no DUIs and no more than two moving violations in the past three yearsAbility to communicate clearly with customers in English (phone orders, delivery tickets)Must pass an MVR checkWhere this goesA majority of our store and corporate leaders started exactly where you'd be starting — as a part-time driver or in-shop team member.
