JSenior Technology Delivery Lead
Location: New York, NY
Hybrid: 3 days onsite per week
Contract: 12 months
Employment: W2

Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale technology initiatives supporting Wealth Management
Partner with senior stakeholders to define priorities and translate business objectives into technology roadmaps
Manage cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Operations
Drive executive-level governance, reporting, risk management, dependencies, and escalations
Oversee platforms supporting sales enablement, content management, digital enablement, and advisor tools
Ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are incorporated throughout delivery
Manage vendor and platform partnerships
Drive delivery within Agile or hybrid environments
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in technology delivery or program management
Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale technology platforms
Financial services or Wealth Management experience
Strong executive presence and communication skills
Ability to effectively influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders
Experience managing complex, cross-functional technology programs
Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance considerations
Experience with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies
Preferred
Experience with Seismic and/or Salesforce
Previous Bank of America experience
Experience supporting Wealth Management or financial advisor platforms
