Job description
CDM Smith is seeking a Delivery Leader / Program Manager to lead and expand the firm’s federal construction portfolio in the Indo-Pacific region. You’ll develop pursuit strategies, manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk across complex programs with remote island locations.
The role requires strong leadership, client relationship skills and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and subcontractors to deliver on-time, profitable projects.
