The
Delivery Manager
will be responsible for leading delivery and deployment of Par Retail’s Platform for both new and existing Par Retail Customers. You will work collaboratively across Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and 3rd parties to ensure high-quality on-time delivery of programs in support of driving business outcomes for Par Retail’s Customers.
Remote - New York, Texas, Pennsylvania, Florida, North Carolina, Minnesota, Colorado, Georgia, Illinois
This position reports to the Principal Delivery Manager.
Bachelor’s degree required
~ At least 3 years of Agile Delivery experience utilizing Scrum, Kanban or SAFe methodologies
~ At least 3 years of Technology/Software Project Delivery experience
~ CSM, CSP, SAFe, or PMP
~Great organization skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
Own end-to-end delivery for your projects — accountable for scope, timeline, budget, and quality across the full project lifecycle
Build strong relationships with project teams, PAR Retail customers, and business stakeholders, serving as a trusted point of contact throughout delivery
Manage change, bridge communication gaps, resolve conflicts, and drive teams toward alignment and shared commitments
Identify risks and cross-team dependencies early, and drive mitigation before they impact delivery
Lead multiple concurrent projects, balancing competing priorities and deadlines without losing sight of the details
Drive toward measurable delivery outcomes — predictability, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction
