Job description
Amazon Now's Quick Commerce network seeks a Senior Manager of Operational Excellence to own Delivery Quality and Metric Readiness across the entire QC network. This leader will drive post-dispatch outcomes — DEA, DNR, concessions, and VOC — and ensure the network is ready to operate from Day 1 with the right metrics defined and prioritized.
This is a high-visibility role requiring executive presence, quantitative depth, and a bias for action.
