About the Role
We’re seeking freelance Demand Generation consultants to join our talent collective and support a range of B2B clients. This role is ideal for marketers who excel at driving pipeline growth through strategic campaign planning, channel execution, and performance optimization.
Projects vary widely depending on client needs and may include building demand generation programs from the ground up, optimizing existing funnels, or scaling multi-channel acquisition efforts. Contract engagements typically range from 10–40 hours per week.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute B2B demand generation strategies to drive qualified pipeline
Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across paid, email, content, and events
Partner with sales and marketing teams to align on pipeline goals and lead quality
Build and manage lead generation funnels, including landing pages, forms, and nurture flows
Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize for conversion and ROI
Collaborate on content strategy to support demand generation efforts (e.g., whitepapers, webinars, case studies)
Support account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives where relevant
Identify new opportunities to improve acquisition, engagement, and pipeline velocity
Requirements
Strong foundation in B2B demand generation and pipeline marketing
Experience building and optimizing multi-channel campaigns
Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce)
Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into action
Experience partnering closely with sales teams to drive revenue outcomes
Comfort working across different industries, audiences, and go-to-market motions
Strong project management and communication skills
Nice to Have
Experience in high-growth startup environments
Familiarity with both inbound and outbound demand generation strategies
Experience supporting both strategic planning and hands-on execution
