SENIOR DEMAND GENERATION MANAGER
HYBRID | 3-DAYS IN-OFFICE | NORTHERN SUBURBS ATLANTA
Hire Profile is partnering with a growing B2B services company to find an experienced Senior Demand Generation Manager . This role will own demand generation strategy, execution, and performance with a strong focus on building pipeline, improving funnel performance, and creating measurable marketing impact.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Demand Generation Manager will lead B2B demand generation across account-based marketing, prospect development, intent-based marketing, paid advertising, retargeting, marketing automation and lead management. This person will own the prospect-to-MQL-to-SQL lifecycle and use performance data to continually improve campaigns, pipeline generation and marketing ROI.
The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, comfortable developing new campaign ideas, executing programs and analyzing results. This role requires someone who can work independently in an agile environment, partner closely with Sales and take direct accountability for measurable pipeline results.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute B2B demand generation programs
Build and manage account-based marketing campaigns
Develop prospecting strategies, target account lists and audience segments
Use intent signals and engagement data to identify new lead generation opportunities
Generate new campaign ideas and continually test opportunities to improve pipeline
Own lead lifecycle strategy from prospect to MQL to SQL
Manage lead scoring, qualification criteria, nurture programs and automated workflows
Partner with Sales to maintain alignment across lead management and qualification
Manage Salesforce and marketing automation platforms including Account Engagement/Pardot, HubSpot or Marketo
Own LinkedIn advertising strategy and execution
Develop retargeting and audience engagement programs
Optimize campaign targeting, budgets and performance
Build campaign, funnel and pipeline dashboards
Analyze campaign performance, conversion rates and marketing ROI
Track MQL, SQL, opportunity and pipeline metrics
Develop actionable recommendations based on performance data
Define ICP criteria and target segments and translate them into actionable prospecting datasets
Maintain accurate prospect and lead data including demographic and firmographic attributes
Maintain strong data hygiene across CRM and marketing systems
QUALIFICATIONS
7+ years of B2B demand generation, growth marketing or marketing operations experience
Proven experience building and executing demand generation and ABM programs
Strong experience with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms such as Account Engagement/Pardot, HubSpot or Marketo
Experience managing LinkedIn advertising, retargeting and audience targeting programs
Strong analytical and reporting skills including dashboard development, funnel analysis and performance measurement
Experience managing lead scoring, lifecycle management and campaign attribution
Strong Excel skills with experience using reporting or visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
Experience supporting complex B2B environments with long sales cycles and multiple decision makers
Experience connecting marketing programs to measurable pipeline or revenue results
Logistics, supply chain, industrial services, manufacturing, SaaS or related B2B industry experience preferred
Independent and self-directed with the ability to set priorities and drive work forward with minimal oversight
Strategic and hands-on with the ability to develop plans and execute them
Comfortable working in an agile, collaborative environment
Results-oriented and comfortable being accountable for MQLs, SQLs and pipeline contribution
Strong communicator able to translate complex ideas and data into clear visual presentations and recommendations
