Job description
Mars, Incorporated and its Affiliates is seeking a Global Demand Planning Capability lead. This role drives the development, deployment, and embedding of demand planning standards across regions, working with MarsU and regional SMEs to ensure consistent, data-driven processes and tools.
You will define process definitions, KPI frameworks and dashboards, aligning with the Supply Excellence program, and collaborate with Digital Technologies to prove and deploy capabilities worldwide.
