Whether you are looking for a full-time or part-time position, we offer flexible hours and a supportive environment where your skills can shine.BenefitsFlexible schedule, free uniforms, training & development.ResponsibilitiesProvide compassionate care and support to clients with dementia in their homes.Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.Monitor and document clients' health and behavior changes.Engage clients in meaningful activities to stimulate cognitive function.Communicate effectively with family members and healthcare professionals.Ensure a safe and clean living environment for clients.Administer medications and manage care plans as directed.Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.RequirementsMust have prior experience caring for individuals with dementia or Alzheimer's.Valid CPR and First Aid certification preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Compassionate demeanor with a strong commitment to client care.Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required.High school diploma or equivalent; further education in healthcare is a plus.Must pass background checks and drug screening.Home Helpers Home Care - Houston has been providing exceptional in-home care services for over 20 years.
