Role Overview
Worked as a Demo Specialist for a SaaS-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform, responsible for delivering engaging and customized product demonstrations to prospective customers. Partnered with Sales, Pre-Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to understand customer requirements and demonstrate how the CRM solution could improve sales, marketing, customer service, and business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conducted customized product demonstrations of SaaS CRM solutions for prospective customers and business stakeholders.
* Collaborated with Sales and Pre-Sales teams to understand prospect requirements, pain points, business processes, and desired outcomes.
