Job description
Help shape and support a customer-facing demo environment that enables go-to-market teams to deliver compelling live demonstrations. This hands-on role focuses on administration, provisioning, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of the demo organization so it stays reliable, secure, and ready to scale.
Responsibilities
Manage the demo environment, including user access, seats, settings, and overall configuration
Handle provisioning and support requests, resolving issues quickly and clearly for internal stakeholders
Keep demo features, connectors, and integrations functioning smoothly for customer-facing use
Support ongoing administration as the user base and usage needs grow
Identify opportunities to improve how demos are handled and help shape better demo environments for go-to-market teams
Partner with sales and technical field teams to understand priorities and translate needs into practical environment updates
Skills
Experience administering SaaS or enterprise environments, including provisioning and organization settings
Working knowledge of SSO/IdP processes and access management
Ability to use scripting and APIs to automate administrative tasks
Strong troubleshooting skills with a responsive, user-focused approach
Comfort working with go-to-market stakeholders and explaining technical updates in a clear way
Ability to take ownership of day-to-day operations while staying organized and proactive
Preferred Skills
Background in demo engineering or sales engineering
Familiarity with Claude or similar large language model products
Experience supporting a scaled sales organization
Interest in building improved systems and processes as needs evolve
