Dental Assistant - Full Time (4 days/week)Our wonderful practice here at Weymouth Dental Associates is seeking an experienced Dental Assistant to support our Dentists in delivering exceptional care. We have a well established practice and a fun, upbeat team! Our staff is supportive and encouraging. If you're looking for a great practice with amazing patients, we'd love to chat!Schedule: Monday (11a-7p), Tuesday through Thursday (8a-5p)Responsibilities:Strive to provide the best patient experienceSupport and Assist dentist chairside with clinical treatment of patients.Assist with documentation and the upkeep of recordsListen, empathize and address all patient concernsProvide clear communication and education on treatment plans and maintaining oral health.Oversee operatory set-up and clean-up, including sterilization process.Take radiographs/x-raysSupport front desk and office manager as needed with admin needs, patient calls, etc.Qualifications:2+ years Dental Assistant experienceCRP Certification- Radiography/ X-RAY certification per state guidelinesWell versed in dental terminology and proceduresMaintains a positive, collaborative and supportive disposition with team and patientsMaintain compliance with state dental practice requirements (i.e., X-ray requirements, OSHA, and CE training).Understands and complies with HIPAA and HITECH Act of 2009Dental Assistants Receive:Clinical hours that support work-life balanceMentoring by top-rated, experienced cliniciansEligibility for benefits including Medical, Dental, Flexible Spending Account, & 401(K) Plan when working full time.
