Copy of Diploma, GED certificate or original/official transcript mailed in a sealed envelope from the school from an institution recognized in the U.S education system.If High School is outside of the U.S or Canada: Copy of high school or postsecondary diploma/transcript with graduation date. Copy of document translated into English. Original/official equivalency report in a sealed enveloped from the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services or the American Association of Collegiate registrars and Admissions Officers.
