With a workday that ends with the school day and no nights or weekends, our program is perfect for people looking for a diverse and different working environment, working parents and anyone who wants to make a difference in the dental field.Sound interesting? Call or text Christina at or email Assistant Qualifications:Dental Assistant Certification (preferred, but not required)CPR certification cardWorking experience as a Dental AssistantWorking experience with Digital X-ray'sExperience with patient charting (paper forms, charting tooth surfaces)Valid ID, and a willingness to travel to schools within the boroughsWorks well with childrenTeam player and able to work on a small teamAbility to lift up to 50 lbsDental Assistant Responsibilities:Dental Assisting Services during mobile dental clinicsDigital X-ray ImagingPatient Records ChartingEquipment Set-up, Breakdown, and Sterilization AssistanceTravel Daily to and from school sitesSmile New York Outreach Offers:Evenings, weekends and summers off!Working a school day schedule (about 6 – 7 hours); on average between 8:00 A.M. – 3:00 P.M.Benefit package (health, dental, vision)Unique work experience and flexible schedulingFull and part time positions$22 - $25 an hourState-of-the-art portable dental equipmentLatest technology & digital radiographyWant to learn more?
