Dental AssistantAt 25 East Dental supported by Smile Brands, we know everyone has a unique smile and unique dental health needs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with patients, values teamwork, and takes pride in helping create smooth, efficient, and positive dental visits.Schedule (days/hours)Monday 7:30AM-5:30PMTuesday 7:30AM-5:30PMThursday 7:30AM-5:30PMFriday 7:30AM-2:30PMResponsibilitiesPreparing patients and treatment rooms for dental proceduresHelping to educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategiesImproving oral health, solving dental challenges, and bettering smiles every dayQualificationsMeet all state-specific dental assistant credentialing requirements for the duties assigned in the state of employment (e.g. RDA, CDA, EFDA, state registration, or equivalent as required by the state)Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date)Knowledge of dental terminology, infection control protocols, and OSHA/HIPAA standardsStrong communication and commitment to excellent patient careCompensation $25-$28/hourBenefits are determined by employment status/hours worked and include paid time off ("PTO"), health, dental, vision, health savings account, telemedicine, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability insurance, employee discount programs, pet insurance, and a 401k plan.Smile Brands supports over 650 affiliated dental practices across 28 states all focused on a single mission of delivering Smiles For Everyone!® Smiles for patients, providers, employees, and community partners.
