Dental Assistant OpportunityProfessional Dental is currently hiring experienced Dental Assistants to join our growing team. We are looking for patient-focused professionals who are passionate about delivering excellent care and creating a comfortable experience for every patient. If you're adaptable, reliable, and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, we'd love to meet you.As an important member of our clinical team, you'll support both patients and providers while helping ensure smooth daily operations in the office.ResponsibilitiesWelcome patients to the dental officePrepare patients for treatments and checkups, ensuring their comfortSelect and set up instruments, equipment, and materialsSterilize instruments according to regulationsAssist the dentist during proceduresPerform lab tasks as instructedProvide oral hygiene and post-operative care instructionsKeep treatment rooms clean, organized, and well-stockedSchedule appointmentsMaintain accurate patient recordsRequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience as a Dental Assistant (required)Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not requiredKnowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methodsUnderstanding of health & safety regulationsAbility to perform regulated non-surgical tasks such as coronal polishing is a plusGood computer skillsExcellent communication and people skillsDetail-oriented, organized, and reliableWhat We OfferSupportive team environmentOpportunities for professional growthFlexible scheduleA culture that values respect, diversity, and success
