Job TitleAssist dentist in providing treatments to patients, which are complex, difficult, usually lengthy, and nonroutine in nature.Receive and seat patient and conducts preliminary screening.Set up instruments, equipment, and materials such as assembling syringes and IVs for anesthesia, and mixing materials for impressions and restorations.Monitor patients during treatment and identifies signs of adverse reactions or medical concerns.Relay dentist's instructions to patients for post-treatment care.
