Dental Assistant (DA) Full-Time Flossmoor, ILThe Center for Dental Excellence is seeking a skilled and compassionate full time Dental Assistant to join our team! As a Dental Assistant, you will work closely with our dentists and other team members to provide exceptional dental care to our patients as well as perform light administrative duties. We have a small team so each of us are cross-trained to help in every department. If you have a positive attitude, love dentistry and enjoy working with fun professionals, we would consider you to join our team!The Center for Dental Excellence: 19615 Governors Highway Flossmoor, ILOffice Hours: (Schedule will be 30-40 hours within these office hours)Monday 9:30 am - 7:00 pmTuesday 7:30 am - 4:00 pmWednesday 7:30 am - 5:00 pmThursday 7:30 am - 5:00 pmFriday 7:30 am - 2:00 pmSaturday 7:30 am - 2:00 pm (2 per month)Our dedicated team includes:6 General Dentists5 SpecialistsOne clinical supervisorOne administrative supervisor6 Registered Dental Hygienists (a few temps on call)6 Dental AssistantsCompensation:$21-$ 23 per hour (Commensurate with Experience)Requirements:Coronal Polish/Sealant Certification preferred but not requiredHigh school graduate or equivalentChairside dental assisting with a wide range of general dentistry proceduresSterilization protocols to OSHA regulationsCPR certificationComputer efficiency- charting and schedulingExcellent communication skillsAbility to build lasting relationships with teammates and patientsIntegrity-focused work ethicTeam-player attitudeAbility to multi-taskOpen-minded to new systems/techniques, direction and feedbackExcited to be part of a dental family and a career to be proud of!Benefits:Full-time employees (30+ hours per week) are eligible for medical, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage, as well as access to a variety of voluntary benefits.Full-time employees are eligible for paid time off and holiday pay.Part-time employees working 16+ hours per week are eligible for paid time off.All employees may participate in our 401(k) retirement savings plan, which includes a company match.Bright Direction Dental is an equal opportunity employer.
