Dental Assistant (DA) FT
Chesterfield, MO
Michael Grasso DDS is seeking a skilled and compassionate Full-Time Dental Assistant (DA) to join our team! As a Dental Assistant, you will work closely with our dentists and other team members to provide exceptional dental care to our patients as well as perform light administrative duties. We have a small team so each of us are cross-trained to help in every department. Schedule: Tuesday 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
Wednesday 6:45 AM - 5:30 PM
Thursday 6:45 AM - 4:30 PM
Friday 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM (flexible)
Our dedicated team includes: One Lead Dentist (experienced)
One Practice Lead
One FT Registered Dental Hygienist (a few temps on call)
One FT Dental Assistant
Requirements: X-Ray certification in state of Missouri preferred
Coronal Polish/Sealant Certification preferred but not required
High school graduate or equivalent
Chairside dental assisting with a wide range of general dentistry procedures
Sterilization protocols to OSHA regulations
CPR certification
Computer efficiency- charting and scheduling
Excellent communication skills
Ability to build lasting relationships with teammates and patients
Integrity-focused work ethic
Team-player attitude
Ability to multi-task
Open-minded to new systems/techniques, direction and feedback
