Dental Assistant (DA) Full-Time Bloomingdale, ILBloomingdale Dental is seeking a skilled and compassionate Full-Time Dental Assistant (DA) to join our team! As a Dental Assistant, you will work closely with our dentists and other team members to provide exceptional dental care to our patients as well as perform light administrative duties. We have a small team so each of us are cross-trained to help in every department. If you have a positive attitude, love dentistry and enjoy working with fun professionals, we would consider you to join our team!Schedule:Monday 11:00 AM - 7:00 PMTuesday 10:00 AM - 6:00 PMWednesday 8:00 AM - 3:00 PMThursday 8:00 AM - 3:00 PMFriday 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM (2 per month)Saturday 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM (1 per month)Our dedicated team includes:One Lead Dentist (experienced)One Office ManagerOne FT Front Desk CoordinatorTwo FT Registered Dental Hygienist (a few temps on call)One FT Dental AssistantCompensation:$18-$23 per hour (Commensurate with Experience)Requirements:X-Ray certification in state of ILLINOIS preferredCoronal Polish/Sealant Certification preferred but not requiredHigh school graduate or equivalentChairside dental assisting with a wide range of general dentistry proceduresSterilization protocols to OSHA regulationsCPR certificationComputer efficiency- charting and schedulingExcellent communication skillsAbility to build lasting relationships with teammates and patientsIntegrity-focused work ethicTeam-player attitudeAbility to multi-taskOpen-minded to new systems/techniques, direction and feedbackExcited to be part of a dental family and a career to be proud of!Benefits:Full-time employees (30+ hours per week) are eligible for medical, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage, as well as access to a variety of voluntary benefits.Full-time employees are eligible for paid time off and holiday pay.Part-time employees working 16+ hours per week are eligible for paid time off.All employees may participate in our 401(k) retirement savings plan, which includes a company match.Bright Direction Dental is an equal opportunity employer.
