Dental Assistant (DA) Full-Time
Flossmoor, IL
The Center for Dental Excellence is seeking a skilled and compassionate full time Dental Assistant to join our team! As a Dental Assistant, you will work closely with our dentists and other team members to provide exceptional dental care to our patients as well as perform light administrative duties. We have a small team so each of us are cross-trained to help in every department. The Center for Dental Excellence: 19615 Governors Highway, Flossmoor, IL 60422
Office Hours: (Schedule will be 30-40 hours within these office hours) Monday 9:30 am - 7:00 pm
Tuesday 7:30 am - 4:00 pm
Wednesday 7:30 am - 5:00 pm
Thursday 7:30 am - 5:00 pm
Friday 7:30 am - 2:00 pm
Saturday 7:30 am - 2:00 pm (2 per month)
Our dedicated team includes: 6 General Dentists
5 Specialists
One clinical supervisor
One administrative supervisor
6 Registered Dental Hygienists (a few temps on call)
6 Dental Assistants
Compensation: $21-$ 23 per hour (Commensurate with Experience)
Requirements: Coronal Polish/Sealant Certification preferred but not required
High school graduate or equivalent
Chairside dental assisting with a wide range of general dentistry procedures
Sterilization protocols to OSHA regulations
CPR certification
Computer efficiency- charting and scheduling
Excellent communication skills
Ability to build lasting relationships with teammates and patients
Integrity-focused work ethic
Team-player attitude
Ability to multi-task
Open-minded to new systems/techniques, direction and feedback

Benefits: Full-time employees (30+ hours per week) are eligible for medical, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage, as well as access to a variety of voluntary benefits.
Full-time employees are eligible for paid time off and holiday pay.
