We strive to create a welcoming environment for both patients and team members while supporting professional development and career advancement opportunities.We are looking for individuals who are team-oriented, dependable, and excited to contribute to a positive office culture where everyone works together to achieve success.Position DetailsSchedule:Tuesday - Friday: 6:30 AM - 5:00 PMSome days may vary with schedules of 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM or 6:30 AM - 3:00 PMResponsibilities:Assist the doctor during a variety of dental proceduresPrepare and maintain treatment rooms, instruments, and equipmentTake dental radiographs and maintain accurate patient recordsEnsure compliance with sterilization and infection control protocolsEducate patients on oral health and post-treatment careSupport efficient patient flow and daily office operationsCollaborate closely with fellow team members to provide exceptional patient experiencesContribute to a positive, professional, and patient-focused office environmentRequirementsDental assisting experience preferredCurrent radiology certification as required by Tennessee regulationsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsReliable, organized, and detail-orientedTeam-player mentality with a positive attitudeEagerness to learn, grow, and develop professionallyAbility to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentCommitment to delivering exceptional patient care and customer serviceStrong work ethic and willingness to support the team wherever neededJoin a practice where teamwork, growth, and patient care are at the center of everything we do.
