We are a modern, patient-focused general dentistry practice committed to delivering exceptional care while creating a positive experience for both our patients and team members.If you are passionate about dentistry, enjoy working in a collaborative environment, and are looking for a long-term career opportunity with room for growth, we would love to meet you!Why Join Cascades One Dental?Competitive pay based on experienceHealth, vision, and dental benefits401(k) with company matchPaid time off and paid holidaysModern, technology-driven practiceSupportive and team-oriented cultureOpportunities for career growth and advancementTechnology We UseOur offices utilize modern dental technology, including:Open Dental Practice Management SoftwareiTero Digital ScannerMedit Digital ScannerDigital X-raysPaperless charting and workflow systemsOffice Hours:Monday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PMTuesday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PMWednesday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PMThursday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PMFriday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PMTeam members are expected to arrive by 7:30 AM for morning setup and preparation.Responsibilities:Assist the doctor chairside using four-handed dentistry techniquesPrepare treatment rooms and instruments for patient proceduresTake digital radiographs and intraoral imagesScan patients using iTero and Medit technologyFabricate temporary crowns and provisional restorationsAssist with restorative, crown and bridge, implant, oral surgery, and other general dental proceduresSterilize and maintain instruments according to OSHA and CDC guidelinesReview treatment plans and obtain patient consentsEducate patients on treatment recommendations and post-operative careMaintain accurate patient records within Open DentalEnsure exceptional patient experiences through outstanding customer serviceSupport front office and clinical team members as neededQualifications:Minimum 1 year of dental assisting experience preferredVirginia Dental Radiation Certification requiredCurrent CPR certificationExperience with digital radiographyExperience with Open Dental preferredExperience with digital scanners (iTero or Medit) preferredComfortable assisting with a wide range of general dental proceduresStrong communication and interpersonal skillsPositive attitude and team-first mentalityReliable, organized, and detail-orientedAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentPreferred Skills:Experience with implant proceduresExperience with same-day digital workflowsKnowledge of treatment planning and patient educationStrong understanding of infection control and sterilization protocolsCompensation:Pay: $22.00 – $30.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.About Cascades One Dental:At Cascades One Dental, our mission is to provide outstanding patient care while creating a workplace where team members feel valued, supported, and empowered to grow.
