Specialty Prosthodontic Practice Seeks Dental AssistantWe're a specialty prosthodontic practice that believes exceptional patient care starts with an exceptional team. Our modern, patient-focused office is designed to create a comfortable experience for patients and a positive, supportive workplace for our team. We're currently looking for a compassionate, dependable Dental Assistant who enjoys working collaboratively and is ready to make a meaningful impact every day.
Compensation:
$30-$32 per hour, based on experienceSchedule: Part-time Tuesday-Thursday 8:00 AM-4:00 PMBenefits: Traditional and Roth 401(k) options, Referral Bonus Program, Complimentary continuing education courses through affiliated vendorsWhat You'll Do:Assist the doctor during prosthodontic and surgical proceduresPrepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized clinical environmentSterilize instruments and follow infection control protocolsTake digital radiographs and assist with impressions and other clinical proceduresDeliver outstanding patient care and education throughout treatmentSupport daily clinical operations while contributing to a positive team cultureWhat We're Looking For:Valid Massachusetts Dental Assistant license and Infection Control certificationAt least one year of chairside dental assisting experienceSurgical assisting experience preferred, but not requiredStrong communication skills and an excellent chairside mannerOrganized, reliable, and comfortable working in a team-oriented environmentIf you're looking for an opportunity to join a practice that values both patient care and team culture, we'd love to hear from you.
