Dental Assistant – High-Volume PracticeLocation: Glen Burnie or East Baltimore, MDPosition Type: Full-TimeOur client is seeking a motivated and reliable Dental Assistant to join a high-volume, fast-paced dental practice in the Glen Burnie or East Baltimore area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys working with advanced technology, and wants to grow within a supportive team culture.Position Overview:The Dental Assistant will support clinical operations by assisting providers with patient care, maintaining efficient workflows, and ensuring a positive patient experience. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.Responsibilities:Assist dentists during a wide range of proceduresPrepare and maintain treatment rooms and instrumentsTake and process dental X-raysUtilize advanced technology including:CBCTAll-on-X workflows3D printerFacial and intraoral scannersProvide excellent chairside patient careMaintain accurate patient recordsFollow infection control and safety protocolsQualifications:Prior experience as a Dental Assistant preferredKnowledge of CBCT, All-on-X, 3D printing, and scanners strongly preferredWillingness to learn and adapt to new technologyStrong communication and teamwork skillsReliable, organized, and professionalCompensation & Benefits:Pay: $20–$35 per hour (DOE)Sick timePaid holidays & PTOHealth insurance401(k)Monthly performance bonus based on hitting practice goalsRoom for growth and advancementPractice Culture:This practice offers a positive, team-oriented environment with a strong family feel.
