Dental AssistantJoin a growing, positive, and goal-oriented team in Glendale. Schedule: Tuesday 8:45am-6:00pm, Wednesday/Thursday/Friday 7:40am-5:00pm, and 1-2 Mondays per month for oral surgery daysThis is where patients come first, and continuous learning is encouraged! Hard-working and motivated, the successful candidate will bring a passion for providing the best patient care to the communities they serve.About This OfficeAbout Associated Dental Care Providers-Bell:We take pride in our professional and family atmosphereOur team is growing, hardworking, and positiveOur office is located off of West Bell Road, near the Aldi and across from the WalmartWe offer both general dentistry and specialty procedures at this office, so we have a lot of variety in our daysOur practice is equipped with modern technology such as digital x-rays and charts and the iTero scannerWe offer work-life balance, growth and learning opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits packageEveryone who works at our office is a valuable part of our teamWhat our team is looking for:1+ years of chairside dental assisting experienceAn Arizona Radiation Health & Safety (RHS) certificate is requiredDentrix or other dental software experienceSomeone with attention to detail, who is empathetic, communicates at a high level, and is outgoingWorking knowledge of dental procedures and terminologyExperience working in a fast-paced and customer-centric environmentExcellent communication and organizational skillsThe position will have access to minimum PHI necessary for performing job-related functions; regular HIPAA training, aligning with the specific role and responsibilities, will be required; and the individual will need to protect PHI and maintain data safeguards.Qualifications:Working knowledge of dental procedures and terminology Experience working in a patient- or customer-centered environmentIf required under the state dental practice act, dental assistant certification and/or x-ray certification Excellent communication and organizational skillsCompletion of Tuberculosis (TB) testing prior to starting employmentPreferred ExperienceDentrix or other dental software experienceDental assisting school certification
