Come join our team— help us pioneer a new culture of dentistry.Pay Range $25+ dependent upon experienceSmiling from Open to CloseMonday 7:45am-6:00pm (1 hour lunch)Tuesday-Thursday 7:45am-5:00pm (1 hour lunch)Friday 7:45am-1:00pmResponsibilitiesDental Assistant partners with the practice team to provide excellent clinical support to help patients get the care they need. Dental Assistant will help prepare the patient for treatment and assist the dentist in restorative dentistry.Skills Required to Make a Great "Impression" on Our TeamProvides excellent chair-side clinical support and assistance to Doctors and Hygienists which includes but is not limited to: charting, operatory set/clean up, and patient education.Records and reviews patient health history, makes chart entries under the doctor's direction and assures completion of forms and signatures in dental software.Reviews the daily schedule to set up appropriate trays and instruments.Prepares patients, sterilizes and disinfects instruments, sets up instrument trays, maintains chain of asepsis, prepares materials, and assists dentists during dental procedures following OSHA guidelines.Exposes and develops dental diagnostic radiographs.Follows OSHA regulations and safety requirements to include compliance with HIPAA guidelines, CPR, X-rays, and other required certifications and registrations.QualificationsSo How Can You "Fill" This Role?Dental Assisting Certification or prior on the job training1-5 years of experience preferred; will consider new graduatesRadiography/ X-RAY certification for respective stateCPR Certification requiredProficient in MS Office SuiteCommitment to providing exceptional service, support, and education to patient.BenefitsHealth, Dental and Vision Insurance (Full-time employees)Healthcare Spending AccountPaid Time Off401kVoluntary Life & Disability InsuranceEmployee Assistance ProgramReferral ProgramEmployee Discount ProgramEqual Opportunity EmployerWe are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.#NADG2
