Dental Assistant I (Sea Mar Community Health Centers)Sea Mar is seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to support dental providers and deliver quality patient care. This role includes chairside assistance, patient education, infection control, and supporting clinic operations.Key Responsibilities· Provide chairside assistance using four-handed dentistry across multiple procedures· Escort and greet patients; ensure patient comfort and confidentiality· Assist with patient charting, vitals, and dental documentation in Dentrix/Allscripts· Maintain sterilization and infection control standards· Support scheduling, inventory, supply ordering, and quality improvement activities· Train new staff and assist with competency testing and ongoing educationQualifications· Completion of a formal Dental Assistant program or 1+ year experience· Washington State DOH Dental Assistant Registration required· BLS CPR required within 90 days of hire· Strong infection control and patient communication skills· Bilingual English/Spanish preferredSea Mar is an Equal Opportunity Employer and offers a competitive benefits package.Starting Wage: $22.34 per hourWork Schedule: Monday – FridayHourly - Hourly Plan, 22.34 USD HourlyWhat We Offer:Sea Mar offers talented and motivated people the opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing community health organization.
