Prosthodontic Dental AssistantWe are a premier dental practice in Cary, NC, specializing in prosthodontics and providing exceptional patient care with a focus on advanced restorative treatments. Our team is dedicated to creating beautiful, functional smiles using the latest technology and techniques in prosthodontics.We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Prosthodontic Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience assisting with complex restorative and prosthodontic procedures, be proficient in digital workflows, and have a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.Key Responsibilities:Assist the prosthodontist with procedures including crowns, bridges, dentures, implants, and full-mouth restorations.Take and pour impressions, fabricate provisional restorations, and assist in lab-related tasks.Utilize digital scanning and imaging technology for treatment planning.Ensure patient comfort and education before, during, and after procedures.Maintain a clean, organized, and sterile environment, following all OSHA and infection control protocols.Manage inventory and prepare treatment rooms with necessary materials and instruments.Collaborate with the dental team to provide seamless patient care.Education / Experience Required:High School Diploma or equivalentSpecial Requirements/Certifications/Licenses Required:DAII CertificationX-Ray CertificationCPR CertificationCompletion of coronal polishing CourseMinimum 2 years of dental experience (prosthodontic preferred)Benefits:Medical/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance401(k)PTO and Holiday payCompetitive PaySchedule:Monday through Thursday 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
