Dental AssistantKennett Endodontics is looking for an energetic and skilled Dental Assistant to join our growing specialty team! We're passionate about transforming patients' lives by providing exceptional endodontic care and an experience that goes above and beyond expectations. You'll support the doctor chairside, handle clinical and administrative tasks, and help keep the practice running efficiently.Your day-to-day will include:Welcoming patients and ensuring their comfort throughout treatmentPreparing rooms, instruments, and supplies for proceduresAssisting the doctor with 4-handed dentistrySterilizing instruments and maintaining proper infection controlProviding post-operative care instructions and patient educationMaintaining accurate and up-to-date patient recordsHelping with scheduling, post-op visits, and payment proceduresSupporting general office needs and jumping in where help is needed mostYou're a dedicated, adaptable Dental Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and genuinely enjoys being part of a patient-centered team. You love combining your technical skills with your compassion to create a positive impact every day. You bring:1-2 years of dental experience and PA state X-ray certification is required.Knowledge of dental instruments, sterilization, and safety protocolsStrong communication and multitasking skillsA proactive, team-oriented mindsetA high school diploma and a dental assistant certificate (if required by state law)An active radiology license (if required by state law)Must be able to sit and stand for extended periods of time.Must be able to operate standard office equipmentMust be able to assist patients safely in and out of chairs or treatment areasMust be able to maintain clinical positioning for extended periodsMust be able to work around medical equipment and instrumentsMust be able to adhere to OSHA and infection control standardsMust be able to perform repetitive hand and wrist movementsMust be able to respond quickly in emergency situationsAt Kennett Endodontics, you'll join a collaborative and supportive team that values growth, learning, and teamwork.
