Here's what you can look forward to:Four-day work week most weeksMandatory but easy-going half-day FridaysMedical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k)Support from experienced clinical teammatesA kid-centered environment where no two days are the sameWhat You'll DoAs a valued member of our clinical team, you'll support providers and help create positive dental experiences for our pediatric patients:Chairside assisting during restorative treatmentsTaking radiographsPlacing fillings (if applicable)Performing coronal polishing (if applicable)Charting during hygiene visitsManaging sterilization & maintaining a clean clinical environmentThis role is hands-on, fast-moving, and perfect for someone who enjoys variety and teamwork.What You'll Bring To The TableWe're excited to welcome someone who is:Eager to learn new skillsAdaptable and ready for a fast-paced workflowComfortable working with childrenA strong communicator and team playerPreferred Qualifications1–2 years of dental assisting experience preferredHigh school diploma or GEDCoronal Polishing certification (preferred)X-ray certificationCPR certificationExpanded Duties DA is a bonusReady for a Career That Makes an Impact?
