Job description
Clinical Team MemberIn this role, you'll be an important member of the clinical team, working alongside GPs and other Specialty Clinicians dedicated to serving patients. You'll be supporting many sides of the practice, greeting and guiding patients, and helping out across the office as needed.Monday to FridayResponsibilitiesPreparing patients and treatment rooms for dental proceduresHelping to educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategiesImproving oral health, solving dental challenges, and bettering smiles every dayQualificationsMeet all state-specific dental assistant credentialing requirements for the duties assigned in the state of employment (e.g. RDA, CDA, EFDA, state registration, or equivalent as required by the state)Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date)Knowledge of dental terminology, infection control protocols, and OSHA/HIPAA standardsStrong communication and commitment to excellent patient care$22-$28/hr offering a $1000 Sign on BonusAbout UsBenefits are determined by employment status/hours worked and include paid time off ("PTO"), health, dental, vision, health savings account, telemedicine, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability insurance, employee discount programs, pet insurance, and a 401k plan.Smile Brands supports over 650 affiliated dental practices across 28 states all focused on a single mission of delivering Smiles For Everyone!® Smiles for patients, providers, employees, and community partners.
