In this role, you'll assist the dentist with patient care, perform clinical and technical procedures under supervision, prepare treatment areas, and document procedures using both electronic and paper records.Clinical & Patient Care ExperienceSkilled in assisting with procedures and exams, supporting dentists in delivering high-quality care.Experienced in preparing treatment areas, managing instruments, and documenting procedures accurately.Communicates treatment needs clearly to patients and parents, helping everyone feel comfortable and confident.Customer Service & Interpersonal SkillsLoves working with children and creating a fun, friendly, and reassuring environment for young patients.Builds trusting, positive relationships with patients and families, making each visit a pleasant experience.Strong team player who anticipates provider and team needs, while maintaining a respectful and kind demeanor.Operational & Technical SkillsProficient in daily office workflow, scheduling, and maintaining organized records.Comfortable with computers and electronic documentation, learning new systems quickly.Detail-oriented and dependable, helping the clinic run smoothly every day.Qualifications:Dental Assistant licenses or certificate, new graduates are encouraged to applyCPR certificationExpanded function permit preferred1+ years of Dental Assisting preferred.Key TakeawayCombines clinical support skills, excellent patient communication, and a cheerful, child-focused attitude, making this candidate an ideal fit for Leap Kids Dental.
