Midwest Refuah Health Center (MRHC) is expanding, and we are looking for an experienced, patient-focused Dental Assistant to join our growing dental department. Our dental practice provides care to a diverse pediatric and adult patient population in a busy, collaborative environment. Our Dental Assistants work closely with dentists and the broader clinical team to keep multiple operatories running efficiently while helping patients feel comfortable and well cared for.
This is a great opportunity for a Dental Assistant who enjoys working with children and families, is comfortable in a fast-paced practice, and takes pride in being an important part of the clinical team.
You will work directly with our dentists and dental team to support high-quality patient care and efficient daily operations across multiple operatories.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain operatories for patient care
Assist dentists during dental procedures
Take digital dental X-rays
Assist with patient intake, preparation, and positioning
Support efficient patient flow and room turnover throughout the day
Assist with clinical charting and documentation in eCW
Maintain appropriate infection control, sterilization, and safety protocols
Keep operatories stocked, organized, and ready for the next patient
Support dentists and the clinical team as needed to ensure smooth daily operations
Help create a positive, welcoming experience for pediatric patients, parents, and adult patients
Assist with inventory management and operatory readiness
What We're Looking For
Dental Assistant certification and/or relevant dental assisting experience
Digital X-ray experience required
Pediatric dental experience preferred
Experience working in a busy dental practice preferred
Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain efficiency in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working with children and families
Professional, dependable, and patient-focused approach
eCW experience preferred but not required; we can train the right candidate on our system
