Dental Assistant OpportunityMercy Dental Group is currently hiring for a highly motivated, full-time Dental Assistant to add to our team! Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred!Our office is patient-focused with an emphasis on five-star service for each patient. We have a fantastic team, along with an amazing culture.Work Schedule:Monday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) clinical hoursTuesday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) clinical hoursWednesday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) clinical hoursThursday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) clinical hoursBenefits Include:Paid Time Off!Various Insurances!Retirement Plan!Incredible Mission and Work Environment!Duties and Responsibilities:Chair-side assistingSetting up treatment rooms in preparation for patientsTaking down and cleaning treatment roomsInstrument sterilizationStocking and cleaning treatment rooms, sterilization, and labPatient follow up callsTaking x-rays and 3D imagesThe ability to step into various roles and wear different hats with volunteers and teamCross-train and perform duties in both dental assisting and front office operations as neededPosition Requirements:Excellent verbal and written skillsStrong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow with attention to detailAbility to work independentlyAbility to deal effectively with multiple personalities at all levelsVersatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work in all aspects with enthusiasmBilingual in English and Spanish preferredSalary:$20/hr - $24/hrBased on experienceExperience:Dental: 1+ year of dental assisting experience required
