Dental AssistantAlluvion Health is seeking a caring, dependable Dental Assistant to support our dental providers and help deliver high-quality, compassionate care to our community. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment where you can make a real impact on patient comfort and experience, this role is for you.Location: Great Falls, MT Organization: Alluvion HealthAbout the RoleAs a Dental Assistant with Alluvion Health, you will play a hands-on role in helping patients feel welcomed, supported, and informed throughout their visit. You'll assist providers during procedures, prepare treatment areas, take radiographs, and help patients understand their oral health—ensuring every patient leaves with a healthier smile.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist dentists during exams, restorations, surgeries, and preventive proceduresPrepare and maintain treatment rooms; sterilize instruments and equipmentTake and process digital radiographsEducate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment instructionsPerform clinical assisting tasks within your scope (rubber dams, topical agents, suture removal, etc.)Maintain inventory and manage supply ordersFollow all infection control protocols and safety guidelinesSupport front desk staff as needed with check-ins and phone callsQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredMinimum of 2 years of dental assisting experience or completion of a Dental Assistant program preferredCurrent Montana dental radiography certification preferredValid Montana driver's licenseStrong attention to detail and excellent patient-care skillsAbility to work well within a collaborative, team-based environmentWhy Work at Alluvion Health?Alluvion Health is a mission-driven organization dedicated to Creating and Inspiring Healthier Lives.
