Dental Assistant - Multi-Specialty (Full-time/Part-Time)
Elmhurst, IL
Elmhurst Dental Care is seeking a skilled and compassionate Full-Time or Part-Time Multi-Specialty Dental Assistant (DA) to join our team! Elmhurst Dental Care is a large general and specialty dental practice. We are looking to add an experienced Dental Assistant to support our Specialists at Elmhurst Dental Care. Preferably someone who is comfortable with a fast-paced work environment who has experience with Oral Surgery, Periodontics, Orthodontics, and Endodontics. As a Dental Assistant, you will work closely with our dentists, specialists and other team members to provide exceptional dental care to our patients as well as perform light administrative duties. Schedule: Monday 7:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Tuesday 7:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Thursday 7:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Friday 7:00 AM - 2:30 PM
e/o Saturday 7:30 AM - 1:00 PM
Compensation: $22-$25 per hour (Commensurate with Experience)
Requirements: X-Ray certification in state of Illinois preferred
Coronal Polish/Sealant Certification preferred but not required
High school graduate or equivalent
Chairside dental assisting with a wide range of general dentistry procedures
Sterilization protocols to OSHA regulations
CPR certification
Computer efficiency- charting and scheduling
Excellent communication skills
Ability to build lasting relationships with teammates and patients
Integrity-focused work ethic
Team-player attitude
Ability to multi-task
Open-minded to new systems/techniques, direction and feedback
