If you are looking for an office that values teamwork, professionalism, and high-quality dentistry, we would love to meet you.Position DetailsThis full-time position offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule:Monday: 6:30 AM - 4:00 PM Tuesday: 6:30 AM - 4:00 PM Wednesday: 6:30 AM - 4:00 PM Thursday: 6:30 AM - 4:00 PM Friday: 6:30 AM - 4:00 PMAs a Dental Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting clinical operations while helping create a welcoming and positive experience for every patient.Responsibilities include:Assisting the doctor during a variety of dental proceduresPreparing and breaking down treatment roomsTaking digital radiographs and updating patient recordsEducating patients on treatment recommendations and oral healthMaintaining infection control and sterilization standardsSupporting efficient clinical workflows and patient schedulingManaging clinical supplies and equipmentCollaborating with the dental team to achieve office goals and provide exceptional careBuilding strong relationships with patients and helping them feel comfortable throughout their visitRequirementsPrevious Dental Assistant experience preferredCurrent Tennessee Dental Assistant credentials, as applicableKnowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and infection control protocolsExperience with digital radiographyStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environmentPositive attitude and strong work ethicSelf-motivated and dependable with a proactive approach to patient careTeam-oriented mindset with a willingness to support office successGoal-oriented individual committed to delivering outstanding patient experiencesJoin Green Hills Family Dentistry and become part of a team dedicated to providing exceptional patient care while fostering a positive, collaborative, and growth-focused workplace.Qualifications:Working knowledge of dental procedures and terminology Experience working in a patient- or customer-centered environmentIf required under the state dental practice act, dental assistant certification and/or x-ray certification Excellent communication and organizational skillsPreferred ExperienceDentrix or other dental software experienceDental assisting school certification
